Mobarrow Ireland delivers electric wheelbarrows, accessories, and related equipment across the Republic of Ireland. This policy explains how delivery works, expected timelines, and customer responsibilities.

1. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery methods:
A. Pallet Delivery (Nationwide)
Most Mobarrow units are shipped on pallets via trusted courier partners.
This is suitable for all counties in Ireland.
B. Local Van Delivery
For customers near Dublin and surrounding areas, we may deliver directly by van.
This may include an optional handover or demonstration if agreed in advance.
C. Collection (By Arrangement Only)
Customers may collect machines from our storage location in, Baldonnell, Dublin 22, if pre-arranged.
2. Delivery Times

In-stock items: typically 1–4 working days

Pre-orders: estimated delivery will be confirmed by email

Large or multiple units: may require additional time
We will notify you if there are any delays.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are calculated based on:

Delivery method (pallet or van)

Number of units
Accurate delivery pricing will be shown at checkout or provided on a pro forma invoice.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:

Provide correct address and contact details

Make sure someone is available to receive the delivery

Ensure there is safe access for vans or trucks

Assist with unloading if required for certain rural areas
If delivery fails due to access issues or no one present, a redelivery charge may apply.
5. Inspecting Your Delivery
Please check your item(s) immediately upon arrival.
If there is visible damage:

Take photos

Note it on the delivery docket (if applicable)

Contact us within 24 hours
We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for damage reported after this period.
6. International Deliveries
We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.
Delivery to Northern Ireland may be arranged on request.
