By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products and Descriptions
We supply electric wheelbarrows and material-handling equipment manufactured by Isolit-Bravo s.r.o. (Czech Republic).
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, but:

Product photos are representative only.

Minor variations in colours, components, or specifications may occur due to continuous factory improvements.

All weights, capacities and performance figures are approximate.
If a product is materially different from its description, you may return it unused according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Pricing and VAT
All prices on this website include Irish VAT at the standard rate (23%) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
If an incorrect price is shown, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed on a pro forma invoice.
3. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

Debit/credit card (processed securely via Revolut Payments)

Bank transfer / pro forma invoice
All card payments are processed securely by our trusted payment provider.
We do not store or process your card details.
Orders are dispatched only after payment is received in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery options include:

Pallet delivery (nationwide)

Local van delivery
-
Collection by arrangement from our Dublin location
Delivery times:

In-stock items: typically 1–4 working days

Pre-order items: estimated delivery will be confirmed by email
Customers are responsible for:

Providing correct delivery details

Ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles

Inspecting the goods upon arrival
-
Reporting any visible damage within 24 hours
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Ownership of Goods
Ownership transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.
6. Warranty
All Mobarrow units include a manufacturer’s warranty provided by Isolit-Bravo s.r.o.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults not caused by misuse.
Warranty does not cover:

Overloading or improper use
-
Neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications

Wear-and-tear items such as batteries, tyres, tubes, and chains
To make a warranty claim, email info@mobarrow.ie with proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Returns are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Consumers may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Business-to-business (B2B) purchases are not covered by the consumer withdrawal period.
8. Liability
Mobarrow Ireland is not liable for:

Damage or injury caused by misuse of machinery

Failure to follow safety instructions
-
Losses arising from delays or events outside our control

Any indirect or consequential losses
Equipment must be operated safely and within rated capacity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
Any disputes will be handled under Irish jurisdiction.
