An electric motor delivers instant torque — full pulling power from zero speed.

Invented and built by Isolit Bravo, the Lamellar Tyre is Mobarrow’s own off-road wheel — stronger, grippier, and more reliable than any tractor tyre.

All-Day Battery Power

Mobarrow uses a 12V / 22Ah AGM deep-cycle traction battery — a proven format used across industrial electric carriers.

This choice is deliberate.

Powered wheelbarrows need reliable start torque, predictable behaviour in cold and wet conditions, and a battery system that tolerates vibration, impact, and daily use.

AGM batteries are:

sealed and spill-resistant
well-suited to repeated starts under load
stable in real outdoor working conditions
simple to charge, service, and replace

In practice, this delivers:

6–8 hours of typical runtime, depending on load and terrain
~4 hours to recharge with the correct charger
