Refund & Returns Policy
At Mobarrow Ireland, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for orders placed through our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:

It is unused,

In the same condition as received,

In its original packaging,

And within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
This 14-day period applies to consumer purchases only.
Business-to-business (B2B) purchases are not covered by the consumer withdrawal rules.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been used

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect assembly

Items missing parts or packaging

Special-order or customised items

B2B orders (unless the item is faulty on arrival)
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email info@mobarrow.ie with:

Your name

Order number
-
Reason for return
-
Photos (if applicable)
We will reply with instructions and return address details.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For pallet-size items (electric wheelbarrows), the customer must arrange suitable return transport.
We can help arrange a courier or pallet return upon request, but costs must be paid by the customer.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days using your original payment method.
Refunds may be reduced if:

The item is returned with missing parts

Packaging is damaged

The item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it
(Required by EU consumer law)
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within the warranty period:

Provide photos/videos of the issue
Manufacturer warranty covers factory defects.
Warranty does not cover misuse, overloading, accidental damage, or wear-and-tear items such as batteries, tyres, tubes, or chains.
If the item is faulty on arrival, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer law.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If the product has already shipped, you must return it under the standard returns process.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges.
You may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order instead.
